Our research and development teams are capable of laying the groundwork for any project in our fields of expertise, or they can add those finishing touches that other teams find difficult to do, and they can execute the research and development tasks as well. In whatever degree required, we can set up specific research and development requested by our clients.
Technology and laws keep changing, but that doesn’t mean that one should come to us only if they feel left behind in those regards. We can help you be ahead of the curve. Every country, and every company is constantly trying to reduce the costs of their operations. Sometimes adhering to the standards set by the law is not the most efficient way of doing things, and that’s where research and development become even more important.
We do not need a reason other than knowledge itself to seek it, and we have made it our objective to always offer updated science and knowledge to our clients.

In the twenty first century, there is little point left in just keeping up with bare minimums of what the law dictates regarding conventions and treaties. Companies are always trying to find better methods for doing everything. Laws usually take time to become enforced, and during these periods science does not stop advancing.
An example of this is the case of the Ballast Water Management convention (BWM convention) was signed in 2004, and it came to be effectively enforced in 2017. Those 13 years were given to the world to prepare their ships to meet the standards of this convention. There are four standard methods introduced in this convention, but now, only a few years after the convention’s practice, the world knows that if they only adhere to those four standards, they would not be the frontrunners of the field. Many companies have already made the research and have used cutting edge methods to meet the standards of the convention, not through those four methods, but through their own ways which they have found through cutting edge science; through research and development. This helps them cut costs to a surprising extent, plus it ensures that they will be somewhat safe if the law is updated since they are ahead of the curve. This is the power of knowledge gained through research and development.
ADMIRAL ACADEMY COURSES
These courses are available in two major forms; classes held in the headquarters of Admiral Maritime Academy, or in-house courses, which are held in another location based on the preference of our client.
Both types of our attendance courses are taught by our leading team of instructors, who are also responsible for gathering the knowledge we offer in our books. Our faculty is made of instructors and professors with decades of experience in highest academic levels.
Admiral Academy
The normal attendance courses, attended in person by students and instructors. These courses take place in the location of Admiral Academy’s headquarters. These courses can be picked as individuals, or as groups of people. This type is excellent for those courses which require maximum interaction between instructor and the students. As students ask questions from the instructors, the entire class can learn something new. And while we have kept all the good parts of the traditional style classrooms, we have also added modern methods and means of education as well.
In many of the courses, various methods are incorporated to make sure that the students are keeping up with the class. These methods include exams, tests, and some vigorous workshops to familiarize the students with the reality of the conditions of the field.
We have also added optional workshops of at least 8 hours which our students can attend to make absolutely certain that they have not missed anything during the course. We pride ourselves in the practicality of our courses, and our goal is to elevate the level of professional knowledge and capability in this craft in the entire country. Holding only theoretical classes in which the only objective is to gain a certificate is not something that is desirable to us. We intend to leave a lasting impression on the job market, and our courses are the standard bearers to our claim. That is why we have added these mandatory and optional workshops; to walk that extra distance with our students and make sure that they feel the change, the growth, the knowledge, and the empowerment.
The length of our courses can vary as their subjects dictate. Some courses can be done in a few hours and in a few sessions, other need attending multiple classes.
One of the major advantages of our courses is that we can modify them to meet the exact requirements of our clients. If a company or an organization requires a very specific course which is not offered anywhere in the market, we are prepared to make alterations to our service to meet their exact requirements. Our instructors have a deep knowledge of the field, and that is what makes our courses flexible, and that what makes us capable of offering tailor-made courses for our clients.
In-House Training Services
Just like attendance courses, these courses are participated in physically by both students and instructors, the difference being that instead of the location of Admiral Academy’s headquarters, these courses can take place at any location desired by the client. They can happen anywhere, from your own company’s location to a remote workshop.
Our instructors can be on a plane, a train, or a car to any part of the country at the request of our clients, that is to prevent companies and organizations from having to send their entire workforce to our classes in order to offer them higher education. With our in-house training courses, we bring our knowledge to wherever it’s needed.
Just like with our courses in our own academy, our in-house courses can be modified at the request of our clients. If any client or their workforce require a piece of knowledge which is not offered in any class or course, we can make modifications to our services to create these tailor-made classes for our clients. That is made possible by the great depth of the knowledge of our faculty.
Our teaching material is derived from the most up-to-date knowledge in the world. We accumulate useful knowledge from international level books and offer our own versions in order to facilitate access of this knowledge for our students. Those who have gathered this knowledge are our faculty members who are in charge of our in-house and normal courses.
Our services come in form of education, consultation, and research and development.
